There are many ways to get tickets online to events. The ticket search engine, Fan Snap came to Mule because they wanted to perfect their helpful ticket-finding features.

Finding a Ticket on an Interactive Map

As the main visual designer on this project, I faced the challenge of creating a flexible visual language that holds up regardless of the variables the user gives it. In the ideal search, Fan Snap has an interactive map with tickets filterable from a multiple resellers. That’s when the visual language is in full force. Other times, the site doesn’t have interactive data for the map or no map at all. In all cases, the visual system is flushed out so the user can enjoy the task at hand—finding the perfect seat for the next game or concert.
