Snapguide's Mobile Website
Snapguide's mobile app allows anyone to create a how-to guide on any subject. The product has some of the most interesting and visual-rich recipes, fix-it guides, and craft instructions on the internet. The product also has a popular web component on desktop. When I started at Snapguide, there was a large gap in the functionality of their mobile website. Once you reached a guide, there was nowhere else to go. As I like to say, it was a series of cul-de-sacs. My goal was to connect the roadmap and create a mobile ecosystem of exploration. Overall, my work resulted in some impressive metrics: 4x the traffic with visits longer than 2:30, +12% pages per visit, and a 41% increase in iOS app downloads from iOS devices.
